1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Desi Serial platform and all its services. Desi Serial is an internationally registered provider of online gaming and betting services.

Desi Serial reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• These Terms are drawn up in accordance with Bangladeshi law and international gaming regulations.

2 Account Registration & Verification

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering for a Desi Serial account. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds on balance.

• Each individual may only operate one account.
• If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for account verification.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password secure.
• Transferring your account or allowing a third party to use it is strictly prohibited.

3 Age Restriction & Eligibility

Desi Serial's services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

• An age verification process must be completed at the time of registration.
• Proof of age may be requested at any time if there is reason to doubt eligibility.
• Accounts cannot be created from countries where online gaming is prohibited by law.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

Desi Serial supports multiple deposit methods, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Bangladesh Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount is BDT 300.
• Deposits are generally instant — if a deposit fails, it will be automatically refunded within 24 hours.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• All deposits are verified under our anti-money laundering policy.
• There are no additional charges for making a deposit.

5 Withdrawal Policy & Process

A fully verified account is required to make withdrawals from Desi Serial. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 500,000.
• Processing is typically completed within 15–30 minutes.
• Verification may take 24–48 hours to complete.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers on Desi Serial come with specific terms attached. Please read the relevant conditions carefully before accepting any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• A minimum wagering requirement of 10x must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses not used within 30 days of being credited will be automatically forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address or device is prohibited.
• Desi Serial reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7 Betting Rules & Fair Play

All betting activity on Desi Serial is conducted in accordance with international gaming regulations. We use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is regularly audited by independent third parties.

• Accounts may be investigated if suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Accounts found to be involved in match fixing or any form of cheating will be permanently closed.
• Desi Serial reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If your internet connection is lost during live betting, your bet will remain confirmed automatically.
• If an event is cancelled, the stake for any related bet will be refunded.

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or exploit the system.

Members may also request to close their account at any time by contacting support.
